The first of its kind, THANS, is the brain child of Dr. Daniel M. Alonzo, who pioneered the establishment of the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat – Head and Neck Surgery of The Medical City - a premiere healthcare provider in the Philippines. The design exercise proved to be a tall task due to the fact that there was no blueprint for a typology as such. However, that was precisely what enabled the team to channel it’s design & planning prowess to create a bespoke solution for a visionary like Dr. Alonzo.
